M/S Artefact Projects Ltd

This office is over at 513 Bajarang Nagar in Nagpur. We’re tucked away behind Jadumahal in the second lane near the canal. It’s in the Parvati Nagar area. Compared to our other spots, this one is a bit more tucked into the residential side of things. We handle various project management tasks from this building. It’s a two-story place that serves our needs well enough. Being near the canal means it stays a bit cooler sometimes, which is nice during the Nagpur summers. We’ve got a small team here. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through project schedules. It isn't a retail shop, so we don't get a lot of random walk-ins. It’s mostly for our technical staff to have a quiet place to get things done. The lane is narrow, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we manage. We’ve been in this part of Nagpur for several years now. It’s a solid, middle-class neighborhood where people mind their own business. We like it because it’s a bit away from the main city chaos. There are no fancy lobbies here, just desks and people working. It’s a very functional environment for the kind of engineering projects we handle. If you find the canal, you’re pretty much there. It’s just a normal workplace for us. Nothing special to look at, just where the work happens every day. It's a quiet corner for serious planning.
