M/S. Agrawal Construction Co.

We’ve been working out of our office at 238/1 in Somwari Quarter for a good while now. Being right near the E.S.I.S. Hospital in Hanuman Nagar means there is always a lot of movement outside our windows. Nagpur gets really hot in the summer, and that usually makes the construction work a lot tougher for the guys on the ground, but we just get on with it. M/S. Agrawal Construction Co. isn't some fancy corporate setup with glass walls. We have a desk, some chairs, and a lot of maps and blueprints laying around. People stop by to talk about their projects, and we usually end up drinking a lot of chai while discussing where the bricks and sand should go. It’s a local operation, and we know the streets here in Hanuman Nagar pretty well. Most of our days are spent checking on sites or dealing with suppliers who are running late. It isn’t always pretty or organized, but the buildings get finished eventually. We have a small team, and everyone knows everyone else’s business. If you walk into the office, you’ll probably see a few of us arguing over a measurement or looking for a misplaced file. That’s just how it goes here. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; we just handle the work as it comes to us and try to stay on schedule.
