Mndj Welfare Foundation

We are based out of Hirnawar Layout on Jaytala Road. Our office is actually at House Number 96/A. It’s a busy part of Nagpur, but our street is usually okay. We started Mndj Welfare Foundation because there was work to be done around here. We aren't a huge organization with thousands of employees. It’s just a handful of us working from this spot. Usually, you can find someone here throughout the day. We spend time coordinating things and talking to people in the urban parts of Nagpur. The layout is pretty familiar to everyone in this area. We’ve got some files stacked up and some old furniture, but it works for what we do. No one wears suits here. We just wear what’s comfortable and get to it. Sometimes we have meetings out on the porch when the weather is nice. Jaytala Road has changed a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed put at 96/A. It’s a practical space. We don't spend money on shiny signs or advertising. We just handle the welfare work that comes our way. Most of our day is spent on the phone or walking around the layout. We know the neighbors and they know what we’re about. It’s just regular life for us at Mndj. We keep it grounded and focus on the day-to-day tasks that keep the foundation running in this part of town. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with the traffic, but we manage.
