We are situated at Plot 44 in Vishv Vinayak Nagar. Being in Nagpur is good for us because it is central and we can reach different parts of Maharashtra easily. Our building is in a part of town that has both houses and small businesses. We work with metallurgy, which means we deal with metals and processing all day long. It sounds like a lot of technical stuff, but for us, it’s just our daily routine. The office has a few rooms that are usually full of metal samples and piles of documents. The road outside can get quite dusty when the big trucks pass by, especially in the dry months. Our staff has stayed with us for a long time, so we are more like a family than just coworkers. We don’t have those fancy glass partitions or expensive carpets you see in big city offices. It’s a very basic setup with sturdy furniture and good ventilation. The Nagpur heat is famous, so we make sure our coolers are always running. We don’t spend much on advertising or big signs. Word of mouth works well enough for us in this industry. We spend our time making sure the orders are correct and everything is in the right condition. It is honest work and we take it one day at a time. The garden in front of the building is small but we try to keep it neat when we have the time.
