Pride Polymers

Pride Polymers is located in the Hingna MIDC area, which is pretty much the heart of the industrial zone around here. If you know Nagpur, you know how busy Hingna can get with all the workers and the heavy vehicles. Our shop is not huge, but we have enough space for our machines and the raw polymer materials we use. The smell of melting plastic is something you just get used to after a week of working here. We are not a big company with hundreds of employees; we are just a local team doing our best to make parts that actually work. The floor is usually covered in little plastic pellets if someone is not careful with the bags. We spend a lot of time maintaining the equipment because if a machine goes down, everything stops and that is a bad day for everyone. We take our tea breaks together near the front entrance where it is a bit cooler. It is a practical business. We do not have a marketing team or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they are also located in the MIDC. We just try to be fair and do the job like we said we would. It is sweaty, hard work, but it feels good to see the finished products stacked up and ready to go out on the trucks at the end of the week.
