MGD Textiles is run out of Flat Number 3 in Building 21 over in Chitvanis Nagar. We are right off the Chindwada Road in Nagpur. It is more of a home-style office setup than a big industrial unit. We like it this way because it is quiet and we can actually hear ourselves think. There is not a big sign outside or anything, so you have to look for the building number. We have been operating here for a while, dealing with various textile matters. The space is filled with files and some fabric swatches here and there. It can get quite hot in Nagpur, so we usually have the coolers running full blast during the afternoon. We do not have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It is just us handling the day-to-day stuff ourselves. If you call, you will likely talk to one of the three or four people who are always here. We are not doing anything groundbreaking, just keeping the business going and making sure our regulars are looked after. Sometimes the neighbors pop in for a chat, which is nice. It is a very local feel. We do not really do the whole polished corporate thing. We just wear comfortable clothes, drink our tea, and get the paperwork finished. It is a steady pace and it works for us in this part of town. We just keep our heads down and work.
