Masane Construction Group

We’ve been based here in Katol at Plot No 22/A for quite a while now. Most people around New Jagruti Colony know where we are. It’s a busy spot, especially when we have trucks moving or when we're sorting out plans for a new site. Running Masane Construction Group keeps us on our toes every single day. Usually, the mornings start with a lot of phone calls to check on progress at various locations. We don’t really have a big fancy office, just a practical space where we get the paperwork done. My cousin helps out with the accounts and I spend most of my time out in the sun or talking to suppliers about cement and steel prices. It’s hard work, and sometimes things get messy with the weather or transport delays, but that’s just how the building trade goes in Maharashtra. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with anyone who walks through the door. Lately, the heat has been a bit much, but we still have to get the slabs poured and the walls up. People around here usually just drop by if they have a question. We don't really do much advertising, word of mouth is usually how we find new projects. Anyway, it’s a living, and we take pride in seeing a house actually get finished after months of digging and dust. It feels good to drive past a building and know we handled the heavy lifting.
