We are out in Bhandewadi, Nagpur, at Plot Number 2136. It’s a bit away from the main city center, but that’s fine with us. There's more space and it’s quieter here. Marudhara Business Solutions Private Limited started here a few years back. The building is just a simple one-story structure. We’ve got a small yard in front where some wildflowers usually grow during the monsoon. Inside, it’s mostly open space with some wooden partitions we put up ourselves to make separate areas. We handle various business tasks for our clients. It’s a mix of different things depending on what the day brings. Nagpur can get really hot in the summer, so we finally put in a decent air conditioner last year. It was a good investment for everyone. We have a small team of local people. Most of us grew up in this part of town. We aren't trying to be some big multinational corporation or anything like that. We just want to do good work for the people who hire us. Sometimes the power goes out, but we have a small generator to keep the computers running so we don't lose any work. We have a basic routine. We show up, have some tea, and get to work. It’s nothing fancy, just a bunch of folks working hard in Bhandewadi. We’ve got some regulars who stop by just to say hello even if they don't have business.
