We have our setup in Nagpur, right in the middle of Sitabuldi at Mahajan Market. Specifically, we are in 13 Laxmi Apt. Being in a market area like Sitabuldi means it is never quiet. There are people everywhere and the sounds of the city are always coming through the windows. Our work is a bit of a mix, under the name Marketing Engg. We handle the technical side of marketing, which involves a lot of planning and looking at the engineering aspects of what we promote. The apartment isn't a traditional office space, but it has plenty of room for our equipment and desks. We like being in Mahajan Market because everything we need is just a short walk away. The stairs up to the apartment are a bit steep, but we are used to them by now. Nagpur gets incredibly hot in the summer, so we have a good AC unit that we basically live under from March until June. We aren't doing anything revolutionary; we are just a small team of engineers and marketers putting in the hours. We have our routine of morning meetings and afternoon tea, and that keeps us going. It’s a solid place to be based, and we’ve made this little spot in Laxmi Apt. our own over the years. We just keep working away at the tasks we have each day without much fuss or noise.
