Manoj Patel Chartered Accountant is located over in Lakad Ganj. We are at 219, Kaka Cholkar Marg, right behind Timber Bhawan. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you know the timber market area. The office is simple. We have a couple of computers, a printer that sometimes makes a weird noise, and plenty of chairs for whoever stops by. Nagpur gets really hot, so the AC is usually running all day during the summer. We handle the usual stuff like income tax and company audits. There’s a lot of paperwork involved, and it seems like every year there’s a new rule to learn. I’ve been doing this for a while now. My staff and I just focus on getting through the files. We aren’t the type to use big words or try to impress anyone. If you have a problem with your accounts, we sit down and look at it. Behind Timber Bhawan is a quiet enough spot for us to concentrate. The neighborhood is mostly industrial and commercial, so we see a lot of business owners. We don't have a big corporate sign or anything flashy. Most people just walk in because they were referred by someone else in the market. It’s a small operation, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work that’s expected of us every day. Sometimes the tea is cold, but the work gets finished on time for everyone.
