Manikgarh Cement, Gadchandur Dist-Chandrapur (M.S)

We are located over in Ballarpur at the New Miners Qtr No. 66/4. This is right in the Bhagat Singh Ward, which is a fairly well-known part of the area. It’s a practical location, sitting right in the middle of where a lot of the workers and their families live. Manikgarh Cement has always had a footprint here in the Chandrapur district, and this specific spot is where we handle some of our more local matters. The building isn't anything special to look at—it’s a standard quarter that’s been converted to handle our needs. Sometimes the neighborhood gets a bit noisy with kids playing outside or people heading to the markets, but inside we stay focused on our tasks. Being in a miners' quarter gives the place a very specific feel; it’s grounded and real. We don't have marble floors or air conditioning in every corner. Instead, we have heavy desks, old fans, and plenty of files related to the work out in Gadchandur. The staff here are locals who understand the industry and the challenges of the Chandrapur climate. It can get dusty and the sun is harsh, but we’ve all lived here long enough to not mind it much. We just show up, do what needs doing, and help keep the operations connected between the town and the plant. It’s a straightforward way to work and live without any extra complications.
