Out here in the Chandrapur district, specifically at the Gadchandur post, is where you'll find us. We are technically part of Century Textiles & Inds. Ltd., but on the ground, it’s just Manikgarh Cement. The office here handles the daily grind of the plant. If you’ve ever driven through this part of Maharashtra, you know how the landscape looks—dry, sun-beaten, and full of industrial sites. We’ve grown accustomed to the rhythm of this place. The mail comes to the post office in Gadchandur, and our guys are always back and forth. It’s a steady kind of life. We don’t have those high-rise glass offices; it’s more about the actual operations and making sure the supplies are where they need to be. Sometimes the phones ring off the hook and other times it’s just the hum of the ceiling fan and the sound of distant engines. We have locals working here who remember when things were much smaller. It’s changed over the years, but the core of what we do stays the same. The commute isn't bad if you live nearby, though the roads get a bit rough during the monsoon.
