Mandhaniya Cancer Hospital And Research Centre is located in the NEETI GAURAV Complex. We take up the 4th and 5th floors of the building at 20 Central Bazar Road. It’s a busy spot right adjacent to Hotel Center Point. Most days, we are just moving between the two floors to handle everything. The elevators can be a bit slow, so we often find ourselves waiting with others who work in the complex. Central Bazar Road always has a lot of traffic, which we can see from the windows on the upper floors. It’s a central location, so it’s not too difficult to find once you see the hotel. The 4th floor is where a lot of the initial activity happens, and then we have more space on the 5th floor. We aren't a big corporate office with fancy decorations. It’s just a practical space for our hospital and research work. We have desks, equipment, and plenty of files. The staff usually brings their own lunch or grabs something from the small shops nearby. Being in the NEETI GAURAV Complex means we are part of a larger business community. We don't use any flashy marketing or talk about missions. We just show up and get through the daily tasks. It’s a bit noisy from the street, but you get used to it after a while. Most of the people around here know the building well. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
