We've been at 277 Mona Enclave for a while now. It's right in Gokulpeth, Nagpur, across from the Times Of India building. Most days, we’re just here at our desks handling bookings and sorting out travel plans for folks in the neighborhood. It gets busy sometimes with people dropping in to ask about flights or where to stay on their holidays. Nagpur is a good place to be based. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we get the work done. We handle a lot of the usual stuff like train tickets and hotel stays. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually catch up on paperwork. People know where to find us because the landmark is so easy to see from the street. We try to keep things straightforward. No one wants a complicated process when they're just trying to get from one city to another. We just sit here, look at the screens, and find what’s available. It’s a lot of coordination really. If you walk past the Times Of India, you'll see our building. We have been part of the local scene here for a bit. It’s mostly about making sure people get their tickets on time and don’t have issues at the airport or station. We don't have a big fancy lobby, just the essentials to run a travel business. It works for us and the people who come in. We just try to be helpful.
