You will find us on the second floor of Shri Ram Shyam Towers. It is shop number 137. We are located right in Sadar Bazar in Nagpur, which is usually quite a crowded area. If you know where the NIT building is, we are basically right next to it. Being on the second floor means you have to use the stairs or the lift, which sometimes has a mind of its own. Once you get up here, it is a bit quieter than the street level. We have been here for a while and the building is quite well known in this part of town. The office itself is pretty straightforward. We have a front area where people sit and wait their turn. We don't have those big flashy signs, just a regular door with the name on it. Looking out from the upper floor, you can see the busy streets of Sadar below. It is a lot of activity every day. We open up in the morning and stay until the evening rush starts to die down. The space is filled with the usual equipment and a few files stacked up. It’s not a huge place, but it works for what we do. We see all sorts of people from across Nagpur coming up those stairs. Some days it is quiet and other days the waiting area is full. We just take it as it comes. It feels like a solid part of the neighborhood.
