Our office is on the third floor of the Govind Kumar Arihant Apartment. We are located at Plot No. 38A in the Modern Society area of Pratap Nagar, Nagpur. It might seem a bit unusual for a company with "Elektrosmelt" in the name to be in an apartment building, but this is where we handle the administrative side of things. The actual heavy work happens elsewhere, while here we deal with the management and the logistics. It’s a typical Nagpur office—a bit warm in the summer but we have fans and we keep things moving. We’ve got a small team here on the 3rd floor. Most of our time is spent on reports, coordinating with the production sites, and keeping track of the smelting operations. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in fancy suits. We are more likely to be in casual clothes, working through a pile of paperwork or talking over the phone to the crews. Modern Society is a good neighborhood, and being in Pratap Nagar makes it easy for us to get around the city when we need to. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles in the office. It’s just a practical space where we can focus on the technical details of the metal industry. We stay busy with the data and the planning that keeps the whole operation running without too much trouble.
