Magnitude Solutions Consultancy LLP is basically just a few of us working out of Bante Layout here in Nagpur. We are located at Plot 101, which isn't too hard to find if you know the Somalwada area at all. It’s a bit of a quiet residential pocket but things get pretty busy during the middle of the day. We’ve been here for a while now, just handling various consultancy stuff for people who walk in or give us a call. Most days are pretty much the same for us. We get in, have some tea, and then start looking through the files and emails. The office isn't anything fancy, just some basic desks and chairs and a couple of computers that sometimes take way too long to start up in the morning. We don't really do the big corporate thing with fancy suits and long meetings that never seem to go anywhere. It’s more about sitting down and figuring out what exactly needs to get done for the day. Nagpur can get really hot, especially in the summer months, so the AC is usually running full blast or we just open the windows when it’s actually nice out. People around Somalwada know us as the folks at Plot 101. We try to keep things simple and honest. Sometimes we make mistakes with the paperwork or forget to reply to an email right away, but we always get back to it eventually. It is just part of being a small business.
