Our place is over at Plot No. 33 in the Gurukripa Layout, which is part of Naik Nagar in Nagpur. MADHAVAN COTTEX PRIVATE LIMITED is basically situated in a residential layout, so it’s a bit quieter than being in the main city market. We have a decent space here in Maharashtra-440027. Nagpur gets very hot, as everyone knows, so our office is where we try to stay cool and get through the paperwork. We deal with the cotton side of things, which is a big part of life in this region. Our setup is very basic. We have a few rooms, some old desks, and plenty of files. We aren't into the whole corporate culture thing. We are just a group of people who understand the local trade. Most of the folks working here have been around for years. We know the farmers and the other traders in the area. It’s more about relationships than fancy marketing. We spend a lot of time talking and making sure everyone is on the same page. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power cuts out, but we just wait it out and keep going. It’s a steady pace. We don’t have any big slogans. We just show up at Gurukripa Layout every morning and do what needs to be done. It’s an honest way to make a living and we are happy with that. No fuss, just daily work.
