If you head down to Shivaji Nagar in Nagpur, right by the basketball ground near Dharam Peth Extension, you’ll find us at Plot No 173. This spot is usually buzzing because of the sports area nearby, and it makes for a lively place to work. Our office is a straightforward space where we handle all the learner permits and schedules. We’ve got a few different cars parked out front, and they’re usually out on the road most of the day. It’s a bit of a routine—checking the oil, wiping down the dashboards, and greeting the students who show up. Some days the heat in Nagpur is really something, and we’re just glad the AC in the cars works okay. We’ve seen plenty of people struggle with reverse parking right out there near the basketball courts. It takes a lot of repetition to get it right, and we’re there to tell them to try again. The walls of the office are a bit bare, maybe just a calendar and some notices pinned up. We don't spend much time inside anyway. Most of our life happens in the car, watching the mirrors and helping people navigate the city streets. It’s a practical job. We aren't trying to do anything fancy, just helping people get from being a pedestrian to being a driver without any accidents along the way. It is what we know how to do best after all these years.
