It’s not the kind of work you’d see in a movie. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking things twice. We’ve got a small crew here, and we’ve all been working together for a few years now. We know each other’s habits and how we work best. The office is just a regular room with some old desks and a few computers that have seen better days. We don't have any fancy posters on the walls about goals or anything. We just want to finish the day’s tasks so we can go home. It’s a practical way to run things. We like being in Ranapratap Nagar; it feels like a real community where people actually talk to each other.
