Our place is located right in Bhugaon, inside the Lloyds Nagar area. It's a part of Wardha that everyone involved in the industry knows pretty well. We are set up at M 6, E 7. It's basically where a lot of us live and work, so the line between the plant and the neighborhood gets a bit blurry sometimes. Working with steel in Maharashtra means dealing with a lot of heat and heavy machinery every single day. We've been at this for a long time now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we sit down to sort out the day's schedule. There's usually someone around if you need to ask about a shipment or a technical detail. We get a lot of trucks coming through this way. Sometimes the noise from the operations carries over, but that is just how life is here. We focus on the daily tasks, making sure the steel gets where it needs to go. It’s hard work, and the guys are usually tired by the end of the shift.
