Our main office is over on West Lendhra in the Ramdaspeth area of Nagpur. It’s house number 94. It’s a decent area, quite central, which makes it easier for getting around. Most of our actual heavy work happens at the site in Ghugus, out in the Chandrapur district. So, there is a lot of back and forth between the Nagpur office and the plant. Lloyds Metal & Engineers Ltd. is basically run from these desks in Ramdaspeth. We’ve got a lot of files on the metal projects and engineering specs scattered around. Nagpur gets incredibly hot, so the office is usually a bit dark to keep the sun out. We don't have any fancy art on the walls, just a few maps of the district and some old photos. The staff here is mostly local, and we’ve been through many seasons together. We handle all the administrative stuff, the payroll, and the technical drawings from this building. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s quiet. We don't go for any of that corporate talk. We just say things as they are. Dealing with the engineering side means everything has to be pretty exact, even if the office itself looks a bit cluttered. It’s a busy place and there is always a stack of papers waiting to be signed by someone who is probably stuck in traffic or out at the site. It is just the way things go here.
