Leiysha Exim Global Trading Private Limited is based out of an apartment in Sneh Nagar, Nagpur. It’s Flat 205 in the Vedant Pearl building. It’s not a big corporate park or a glass tower, just a regular residential area where we’ve set up our trading operations. Being behind the petrol pump makes it easy for people to find us, though we don't get many walk-in visitors. Most of our work is global, so we’re often up late or early talking to people in different countries. Nagpur is a good middle point for us. The office is basically a few desks, some computers, and a lot of files. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We aren't trying to pretend we’re bigger than we are. We're a small trading house doing our best to move products across borders. There's no fancy lobby or a person at a front desk waiting to greet you. Usually, you just knock on the door and one of us lets you in. We started this because we knew the trading business well and wanted to do it on our own terms. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes things get stressful, especially with shipping delays. But we like the independence. It’s a family-style environment here, very informal but we get the work done regardless of the hour.
