Leela Kashi Foundation

You can find Leela Kashi Foundation over at 2 Ujwal Society. We’re right near Narendra Nagar in Nagpur. It’s a quiet enough area, which is nice for getting work done. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular place where we keep our records and meet up. We started this because we wanted to have a base in Nagpur. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't bad at all. We spend a lot of time sitting around the main table talking about what needs to happen next. There’s no big hierarchy here. Everyone just chips in. Sometimes the neighbors drop by to say hello. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, to be honest. We have a few desks and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. But it works for what we need. Nagpur is a good place for this kind of thing. We don't go in for big marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. If someone calls, one of us just picks up the phone. We do the paperwork, handle the local requests, and try to stay on top of things. It’s just a simple setup for the foundation. Nothing fancy, just practical. We hope to stay here for a long time because it suits how we work.
