You’ll find us on Wardha Road here in Nagpur. It’s one of the main veins of the city, so there is always a lot of movement. Laxmi Narayan Tour & Travels has been operating from this spot for a while now. We aren't tucked away in some big office building; we are right where the action is. The daily routine is pretty much what you’d expect for a travel place. We get people coming in for all sorts of reasons. Some want to go on a pilgrimage, some are looking for a car to take them to a wedding, and others just want a quick getaway. We have a few vehicles we manage and a lot of contacts for different tours. The office is pretty straightforward. We have a couple of desks and some old calendars on the wall. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or big marketing campaigns. We’d rather just focus on making sure the cars are clean and the drivers know where they are going. Wardha Road can get very busy during rush hour, so we spend a lot of time looking out the window at the cars passing by while we wait for the next customer. It’s a basic, local business. We handle the bookings, deal with the paperwork, and try to make things easy for whoever walks through the door. It’s just how we do things here, and we have been doing it this way for many years now.
