We are based in Shant Niwas, which is in Nagpur, Maharashtra. The pin code is 440004. Even though the name might sound like we are somewhere else, this is where we do all our planning and paperwork. It is a residential area mostly, so it stays fairly quiet during the day, which is nice for getting work done. Our office is basically just a few rooms in a house. We have the usual stuff like desks, chairs, and some maps on the wall. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at reports. Nagpur is a central place, so it makes sense for us to be here. The house has a small garden in the front that we try to keep tidy, though the weeds usually win in the end. We do not have a big team, just a few of us who have been doing this for a long time. We know each other's habits and how we like our coffee. We do not go for anything flashy. We just want to make sure the data is right and the plans are solid. Sometimes we stay late when there is a big deadline, but usually, we are out by six. It is a steady job and we like the people we work with. There are no fancy titles here, we just all pitch in and do whatever is needed. It is a good way to work.
