Our office is in Adarsh Nagar, specifically near Kapse Chowk at Garoba Maidan in Nagpur-8. It’s a well-known area in this part of the city. We’ve got a straightforward setup here. It’s not about having a polished look; it’s about having enough desk space to spread out our maps and documents. The area around Kapse Chowk is usually quite lively, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We are just a group of people working for L&T Ecc Division, trying to keep things running without too much fuss. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to make us sound fancy. We just write down what needs to be done and then we do it. The office can get a bit dusty because of the road, and the furniture has seen better days, but it works for us. We drink our chai, talk about the day's tasks, and try to stay ahead of the deadlines. It’s a very grounded way to work. People around Garoba Maidan know we are here, and we’ve become part of the local scenery in a small way. We don't have big missions or slogans on the wall. We just have a list of things to finish by five o'clock. It’s honest work in a busy part of Nagpur, and that’s plenty for us. There isn't any magic to it, just showing up and doing the job.
