L&T Case

We are located in Katni, Madhya Pradesh, inside the Janki Complex near the Dena Bank. It’s a "care of" address with S.K. Singh, so it’s more of a specific spot in that building. Ghantaghar is a landmark everyone knows, so we aren't hard to find if you are in the city. We look after L&T Case matters from this office. The complex is usually pretty busy with people going to the bank or the other shops nearby. Our space isn't huge. It’s just enough for a desk and some chairs for when people stop in to talk about equipment. We spend a lot of time on the phone because Katni is a hub for a lot of transit and mining work. The L&T Case gear is important around here, so we stay busy throughout the week. Sometimes the air conditioning doesn't work right and it gets stuffy, but we just open a window and keep going. We don't have any big marketing displays or flashy lights. It’s just a regular office where we do our bookkeeping and answer customer queries. We’ve been here for a while and the routine is pretty much the same every day. We start in the morning, have our lunch, and try to get all the paperwork finished before the bank downstairs closes. It’s a simple life and we just do our part for the company. We like the location since it is right in the middle of everything.
