B. Y. Agro Infra Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Batul, Plot No. 14 in the Quata Colony. This is part of the Lakadgunj Layout in Nagpur. It is a bit of a mix between a residential area and a place for business. The street is usually lined with trees, which helps with the Nagpur heat. Our office is on a decent sized plot. We focus on agro-infrastructure, so we deal with a lot of talk about cold storage and farming logistics. The office itself is quite plain. We have a big table for meetings and a few computers that have seen better days. It is a quiet place for the most part. We don't have many walk-in customers since most of our work is done over the phone or out at site locations. The Quata Colony is a steady neighborhood. We have been here for a while and the locals know us. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the stall down the road. We are a small team and we all do a bit of everything, whether it is paperwork or talking to vendors. There isn't a lot of hierarchy here. We just want to make sure the infra projects are moving along as they should. It is a practical, honest place to work. We like the Lakadgunj area because it is central enough to get anywhere in Nagpur quickly.
