Techno Spares Inc. is based at 226 Kt Nagar, right on Katol Road. It’s a fairly easy place to find once you get into the KT Nagar area. We deal in spare parts, which means our shelves are usually overflowing with small boxes and metal components. It looks a bit like a mess to an outsider, but we have a system that works for us. Katol Road is a main stretch, so we get a lot of people stopping by because they were just passing through and remembered they needed something. We don't have a big showroom. It’s more of a warehouse feel with a counter where we talk to customers. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it's quiet enough to hear the clock ticking on the wall. We’ve been here for a good amount of time, and the building has seen better days, but it serves us well. We aren't really into the whole corporate branding thing. We just have our name on the board and our stock in the back. If someone needs a part for a machine, they come in, we look through the bins, and hopefully, we find it. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a part isn't going to work for your specific machine, we will tell you. We'd rather you leave with nothing than with the wrong thing. That’s just how we do things here every day.
