We’ve set up shop in Narendra Nagar, Nagpur 440015. Being here in Maharashtra means we stay busy with a lot of different buildings that need their elevators kept in good shape. Our office isn't much to speak of, just a place to park the bikes and keep the spare parts organized. We spend most of our hours on-site, usually inside a lift shaft or up in a machine room. It’s hot work sometimes, especially during the Nagpur summers, but the job has to be done. We check the cables, test the emergency brakes, and make sure the doors are sliding smoothly. It’s the kind of stuff people take for granted until the elevator stops working on a Monday morning. When that happens, we’re the ones who get the call to come out and troubleshoot the electrics or the hydraulics. We try to be honest about how long a repair will take, especially if we’re waiting on a specific component to be delivered from another city. It’s just a small group of us here doing the daily grind. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy talk, we just focus on the mechanics of the lifts. It’s steady work and it keeps us moving through the city every day. We’ve been around this area long enough to know the local buildings pretty well and we just keep at it.
