Babulal Tandoor Wala

We've been at Plot No.108 in the Kohinoor Co Operative Housing Society for a while now. Most people around Nara Road know where we are, right in K.G.M. Nagar. It’s just us here working on the tandoors every day. Babulal started this because he knew how to handle the clay and the heat, and we just kept going. It gets pretty hot near the ovens, especially in the afternoons, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t have a big fancy office or anything like that. It’s a basic setup where we focus on getting the work done. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit much, but we’re used to it. The neighbors stop by to chat sometimes. We make sure the tandoors are sturdy before they head out. It's not complicated work, but it takes patience to get the lining right so they don't crack. If you're walking down Nara Road, you'll see our sign. We usually open early and stay until the last order is ready to go. There isn't much else to say, we just keep busy with the orders coming in from the local spots. It's a small team, mainly family and a couple of helpers who have been with us for years. We just try to do right by the people who buy from us. We always have a pot of tea going for anyone who stops in and wants to wait.
