We are located at 7/8, Hig Colony, within the Nagpur Housing Board Society. Our office is right near the N.I.T. Garden in Trimurti Nagar. It’s a nice enough area with a bit of green from the garden nearby, which is a relief when the Nagpur heat really starts to kick in during May. We share our operations here with Engineers League Ltd, so there are usually a lot of people coming and going. The building itself is an older style, typical of the Housing Board constructions in this part of the city. We have several rooms filled with files and equipment related to our engineering and construction work. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters; it feels more like a lived-in workspace where people actually spend their whole day. We’ve got a couple of old desks and some sturdy chairs that have seen a lot of use. People in Trimurti Nagar know the building well since it’s been there for quite some time. We spend our time managing the local projects and keeping track of all the technical details that go into our work. It can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just how it goes in a shared office. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see someone hunched over a computer or a map, trying to figure out the next steps for a job.
