We have been running things from our spot at No.248 on Canal Road for quite some time now. We are situated right behind the Times of India building in the Dharampeth area. It is a pretty busy part of town and the traffic can get a bit much during the rush hours. Our office isn't anything fancy to look at. It is mostly just a bunch of desks, plenty of tangled wires, and stacks of routers waiting to be configured. We spend most of our day dealing with network issues and helping people get their internet stuff sorted out. It is just a small group of us here. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby with sofas. Usually, if you walk in, you will just find us hunched over a laptop or talking on the phone to a client. We like it here in Dharampeth because it is central. Most people around here know us by now. We don't really do any big advertising or have a marketing team. Most of our work comes from folks telling their friends about us. It gets a little cramped when we have a lot of stock coming in, but we make do. Sometimes we are out all day doing installations, so the shop might be quiet. We just try to keep things running for everyone. It is basic, honest work and we are happy to be part of the local neighborhood.
