Kharwade Sir

Kharwade Sir is located right at the Ravindra Xerox Centre in Laxmi Nagar. If you know the big water tank around here, we are just opposite that. This is where I spend most of my days. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a quiet place where students come to learn and get their doubts cleared. I’ve been doing this for a while now in Nagpur. People usually find us because they live nearby or heard about it from a neighbor. It gets a bit busy in the evenings when the classes are on. The area around 116 Ravindra Xerox Centre is always active. I usually start early to prepare materials. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a big marketing team or a shiny website. It's just me and the students working through problems. Sometimes the traffic outside can be loud, but we manage. Most kids come from the surrounding streets in Laxmi Nagar. I try to keep things straightforward. If someone needs help with their studies, they just walk in and ask. That’s how it has always been here. We use the space we have to focus on the work. It feels like a second home after all these years. You can see the water tank from the window. It's a good landmark for people trying to find the place for the first time. I like being part of this neighborhood. It’s a honest way to make a living and help out the local youth.
