Khalatkar Hospital Paediatric Maternity And Surgical Hospital is quite a long name, isn't it? We are located at R 29 on Umrer Road, right in the Sakkardara area near Reshim Baug. It’s a busy part of Nagpur. Because we handle maternity and kids, there’s usually a lot of noise in our hallways—babies crying or toddlers running around while their moms wait. It’s a lively place, though it can get pretty tiring for the staff. The building has been here on Umrer Road for a while, and we’ve had to paint the rooms a few times to keep them looking okay. We have a small area for kids to play, but the toys are a bit old now. The surgical side of things is much quieter, tucked away in the back. We don't have a big corporate office or a marketing department. Most of the women who come here heard about us from their neighbors or sisters. We try to keep things organized, but with kids and surgeries, things don't always go according to the schedule. We just do our best to keep everyone healthy and get them home. The doctors here have seen thousands of patients over the years. We don't use fancy brochures to explain what we do. People just come here because they know where we are in Sakkardara and they know we’ve been here a long time. It’s just our daily life on Umrer Road.
