Ketki Nursing Home & Urology Hospital is on the second floor of Hyatt Medicare. We are located on Dr. N.B. Khare Marg, specifically at Plot No 12/2 in Dhantoli. Being on the second floor means people have to take the lift or the stairs to get to us. The hospital focuses on urology and general nursing care. It’s a specialized kind of place, so we see people coming in for very specific health concerns. The rooms are set up for patients who need to stay over after their procedures. We have a team of nurses and ward boys who keep the place running around the clock. Dhantoli is a medical hub in the city, so there are a lot of other clinics and pharmacies around us. It makes things convenient for the patients. The atmosphere inside is usually quite serious because of the nature of the surgeries we do. We try to keep things orderly and clean, which is a constant job in a hospital. We don't have a big marketing department or anything; we just focus on the patients who are currently in our beds. The doctors are usually busy in the operation theater or doing their rounds. It’s a hardworking environment where everyone has a specific role to play. We just go about our business and try to help people recover while they are here.
