Our place is over at the Siporex Double Unit in Koradi Colony. If you know Nagpur at all, you know this part of town gets pretty busy with industry. We have been set up here for quite a while, and the yard is usually full of materials and heavy machinery. It is not a quiet office environment at all. There is always the sound of engines running or people loading up the trucks for the day. We do construction work all across the Nagpur district. Most of our days start really early, usually before the sun gets too hot to work comfortably. Our team is a mix of people who have been in the construction trade for a long time. We do not spend much time on fancy marketing or advertisements. Usually, we are just too busy checking on the concrete pours or making sure that the supplies arrived on time. Sometimes things go wrong, like a machine breaking down unexpectedly, and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it ourselves. It is just how it goes in this kind of business. We do not wear suits to work. Most of us are in our work clothes all day long. We deal with all sorts of different projects, from small repairs to larger builds. The office is mainly for sorting out the bills and the payroll for the workers. It is a very straightforward operation and we just try to keep things moving.
