We are located on Gorewada Road in the Barde Nagar area of Nagpur. It’s Ward No-16 if you’re looking at the local maps. The office is in Borgaon, which is a decent part of town with a mix of homes and small businesses. We’ve been at this spot for a bit, handling the local KEC operations. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for the staff to sit and get their reports done. Nagpur gets really hot, so the office is where we retreat after being out at the sites. We handle things like logistics and keeping track of the local projects from here. There’s usually a few bikes parked outside and people coming and going throughout the day. It’s not one of those shiny buildings with glass walls. It’s a regular building that fits in with the rest of the neighborhood. We know the shopkeepers nearby and it feels quite local. Our team mostly consists of people who live around here, so we know the shortcuts and how the traffic works on Gorewada Road. There’s always someone drinking tea and talking about the next project. We don’t have much in the way of a front desk, you just walk in and talk to whoever is available. It’s a straightforward working environment. We just try to keep things organized so the work in the field doesn’t stop. It can be noisy with the traffic outside, but we just get on with our tasks anyway.
