Our office at Plot 18 is a simple building that serves as our main hub. It is filled with site maps, stacks of paper, and the occasional hard hat lying around on a chair. It is not the kind of place where you will find fancy art on the walls or designer furniture. We have heavy-duty tables and plenty of storage for all the project files we accumulate. Borgaon is a quiet enough spot, which is good when we need to sit down and figure out some complicated figures or schedules. We usually have tea delivered from a small shop nearby, and that is often the highlight of our afternoon break. The team here is small and we all know each other well. We don't bother with formal suits or anything like that; we just wear what is practical for visiting construction sites. It is an honest, hardworking atmosphere where we just focus on getting the building projects finished on time.
