If you head over to Koradi Road in Nagpur, you will find our office at the Rachna Madhuban complex. Specifically, we are located in the 109-C Wing. This part of Nagpur, around Z. Takli and Faras, has been developing very quickly lately, and we have watched it all happen from our office windows. Kataria Builders has been around for a while now, just handling the day-to-day work that comes with building residential projects in this city. It is not a flashy setup by any means. We have a modest office where we keep our maps, ledgers, and architectural drawings. The coffee we make here is not great, but the actual work gets done on time. Most days involve a lot of coordination with site supervisors and making sure materials like cement and steel arrive when they are supposed to. Nagpur is our home, so we understand the local regulations and the way things generally work around here. It can get incredibly hot in the summer, but we stay busy regardless of the weather. People from the neighborhood often drop in just to say hello or ask about what we are planning to build next near Koradi Road. We are not a giant firm with hundreds of employees; we are just a dedicated team trying to do right by the people who live in our buildings. The 109-C Wing office is usually a hive of activity during the morning hours. We take the work seriously but keep the atmosphere relaxed.
