Kandhari Hospital

Our hospital is tucked away at Plot No 5 in Pande Layout, right off Khamla Road. If you’re looking for us, we are right behind Gulmohar Hall. It’s a decent spot because it’s slightly away from the heaviest traffic on the main road, but you can still hear the city moving nearby. Pande Layout is a quiet residential area for the most part, which is nice for the patients. We’ve been here at Kandhari Hospital for a while, and the building is just a standard brick-and-mortar place. Nothing too flashy. We have a small parking area that gets full pretty fast in the mornings. The staff usually brings their lunch from home and we eat together in the small back room when there’s a break. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. Most people find us because they live in Khamla or they’ve heard about us from a neighbor. We spend our days checking charts, talking to families, and making sure the supplies are topped up. Sometimes the printer jams or the phone won't stop ringing, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a very human place to work. We know the guy who delivers the water bottles and the lady who cleans the windows. We’re just part of the local landscape here in Khamla. It’s a straightforward job and we try to do it right every day for everyone.
