Kanad Labs Pvt. Ltd. is located in Flat No. 103 of the Bajirao Complex. Ramanagar is a fairly quiet part of town, which is good for the kind of work we do. Being in a flat instead of a big office building makes it feel a bit more personal, though it can get crowded with all the equipment. We spend our days looking at samples and writing down results. There isn't much glitz or glamour here. We have benches set up with different instruments and glass jars. The Bajirao Complex has a few other businesses, so we see neighbors in the hallway now and then. We mostly keep to ourselves. Sometimes the smell of chemicals is a bit strong, but we’re used to it by now. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. You just walk in and we're right there working. It’s a lot of repetitive tasks, but they need to be done right. We have a small area where we keep our files and folders. Ramanagar has some nice trees outside, and it’s a decent walk to the main road from the complex. We aren't trying to be the biggest lab out there. We just focus on the tests we have in front of us. Most of the time, the radio is playing softly in the background to keep us company while we work. We usually eat lunch together at the back table. It’s just a regular lab doing regular things.
