Kadi Gram Udyog

Our place is in Ward No. 4, at Char Gaon in the Nagpur district. It is a quiet village setting where everyone pretty much knows everyone else by name. We work out of a simple building that has been here for a long time. It is not very big but it is enough for what we do on a daily basis. We focus on local products and things made by hand, following the old ways that have been around for years. Nagpur is famous for its heat, and Char Gaon definitely feels it in the summer months when the sun is high. We keep the windows open to catch any breeze we can get. The work we do is slow and steady. We do not use big fancy machines or anything like that in our shop. People from the village come in to help out or just to see what is being made that week. It feels more like a community spot than just a regular business. Ward No. 4 is a nice area with a lot of trees around the buildings. We spend our days organizing the goods and making sure everything is handled carefully for the people who buy them. There isn't a lot of noise here, just the sound of people talking and the occasional bird outside. We do not have a website or any big marketing plans. We just rely on people knowing who we are.
