Our office is over at Flat No. 301 in the Vighnaharta Apartment. We’re on Ambazari Road, right in Khare Town, Dharampeth. It’s a nice part of Nagpur where things are usually pretty calm. We’ve been working from this flat for a while now. It’s a housing business, so we mostly look at land deals and building plans for new flats. Nagpur is a growing city, and Dharampeth is right in the heart of all that action. We have a few desks set up in the main room. It’s quiet usually, except when the traffic on Ambazari Road gets heavy in the evenings. We don’t have a flashy sign or a big reception area. It’s just us doing the daily work. We talk to people about where they want to live and what they can afford. We try to give them straight answers even if it’s not what they want to hear. Sometimes we have to tell people a project is delayed, which is never fun for anyone. But that’s reality in construction. We handle the documents and the registration process too. It’s a lot of back and forth with the government authorities. We like the local shops around here for lunch and tea breaks. It’s a good community to be part of. We’ve been in the 440010 area long enough to know all the streets and back lanes. We aren't a big city firm with thousands of employees. Just a small group trying to build decent homes for folks in Nagpur. We enjoy working here.
