Johnson Lifts (P) Ltd., Butibori

We are the Johnson Lifts (P) Ltd. branch located over in Nagpur. You won’t find us in the Butibori industrial area despite the name tag; our actual office is near the Itwari railway bridge on Mehandibagh Road. It’s a very busy spot with the railway nearby and all the commercial activity in Itwari. The Maskasath Railway Bridge is the main landmark for us. If you are coming our way, you’ll likely hear the trains passing and see the crowds of people heading to the market. Our building is quite simple and fits right into the neighborhood. Inside, it’s just us working on the daily logistics for lift projects around Nagpur. The heat in this city is no joke, so we spend a lot of time trying to stay cool while we sort through our files and schedules. It’s a noisy, lively area to work in. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t even notice the train whistles anymore. There isn't anything corporate about our setup. It’s just a plain office where we keep our records and coordinate with the technicians. We take our lunch breaks when we can and try to keep the work moving. It’s a straightforward operation. We just do our bit to make sure people in the city can get up and down their buildings without any trouble. That is our daily life here.
