We are located at 251 Saikripa on the Ring Road. Our office is usually full of paper because shipping involves a lot of forms, stamps, and documents. We spend most of our time talking to port authorities or tracking where a container might be at any given moment. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication with people all over. The Ring Road is always humming with cars and trucks, so there’s a constant sound of traffic in the background. We have a few computers and a lot of filing cabinets that are overflowing. Sometimes things get complicated with the schedules or the weather, but we just work through it as best as we can. We aren't a giant agency with hundreds of people. It’s a small group of us who know the shipping business pretty well. We handle the logistics and the customs clearances so the cargo keeps moving. Sometimes we have to stay late when a ship is finally coming in or if there’s a delay at the docks. We’ve been at this spot for several years now. It’s a simple office where we drink a lot of tea and stay on the phone. We don't really have time for anything besides keeping track of the freight. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just take it one shipment at a time. It keeps us busy.
