Our office is located in Nagpur near Golibar Chowk on Panchpaoli Road. We are tucked in behind Kumbhare Bhawan. It’s a very busy part of the city with a lot of shops and local traffic. The building we are in is quite old, but it’s sturdy and gives us the space we need. Inside, it’s a bit of a mess sometimes with all the drawings and project files we have to keep track of. We have a couple of large tables where we spread out our work. It’s not a polished corporate environment. The walls have some marks on them and the furniture is well-used. We spend a lot of our time coordinating different tasks and making sure everything is on track. Sometimes the noise from the street outside is quite loud, especially with the horns and the people at the chowk. We have a small area where we make tea and take our breaks. We’ve been at this location for many years, so we are quite familiar with the local area and the people around us. We don’t have a fancy website or any big advertising. Most of our work comes from just being present and getting things done. It’s a very practical, hands-on kind of place. We show up early, deal with whatever issues come up, and stay until the job is finished for the day. It’s just our way of working in a busy city like Nagpur. It feels like home to us now.
