Our office is tucked away in the Mahal area of Nagpur, right behind Navayug Vidyalaya. If you know Kothi Road, you know how busy it gets with all the school traffic and the local shoppers. It’s an old part of the city, so the roads are narrow and full of character. We work out of this location dealing with various Jaquar products. It’s not a polished corporate office. Instead, it’s a practical workspace where we manage our day-to-day sales and service calls. The sounds of the school bells and the kids playing often drift into our office during the afternoon. We have a lot of people dropping in because they know we are near the school landmark. We keep a lot of spare parts and catalogs on the shelves. It’s a bit dusty because of the road traffic, but we try to keep things tidy as much as possible. We spend our time coordinating with plumbers and homeowners who are fixing up their bathrooms. There is no corporate ladder here, just a few of us trying to do a good job. We drink tea from the stall at the corner and talk to the neighbors about the local news. It’s a very local way of doing business without any big pretenses. We don't have any big slogans, we just try to make sure everyone gets the right parts for their sinks and showers. Usually, we are here until late evening sorting out the delivery schedules for the next day.
