If you are looking for us, we are at House Number 26, A/2, on the first floor. This is on Palm Road in the Civil Lines area of Nagpur. It’s a fairly quiet part of town compared to the main markets. Our office isn't very large, but it serves us well for the work we do. We spend most of our time dealing with property matters around Nagpur. Most of the people working here have lived in the city their whole lives. We know the streets and the neighborhoods quite well. We don’t really go in for big marketing campaigns or anything like that. Most of our business comes from people just knowing who we are. Civil Lines is a good place to be based because it is central enough for people to reach us. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we just manage through it. We have a few desks and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. It is a practical space for practical work. We don't make things more complicated than they need to be. If someone wants to talk about a piece of land or a house, we sit down and talk. That is pretty much how Janav Properties Private Limited has always functioned. We are just local people doing a job. We've seen Nagpur change a lot over the years and we just keep doing our bit to help people navigate the local property scene.
